The soils have been aerated using biodynamic activated rock dust, lime, Nutri-soil and worm juice. Lucerne trees are planted throughout to supplement fodder for livestock and act as wind breaks along with 1,000 native trees and acacias. There is a very big fruit orchard which includes many citrus, fruit and almond trees. There is also lots of water storage with 136,000 litre rainwater tank off the home plus a further 20,000 litres. There are 2 large dams for livestock which are also fed by Springs. Trees have been planted in areas on the property which are to be used for firewood needs and there are an additional 3 to 4 acres of neighbouring land that is fenced off for exclusive use by the owner. All the tree areas provide an adequate amount of firewood for household heating needs during the colder months

This is a very comfortable and cosy home, environmentally friendly and with low running costs. It is also perfect for people who have chemical and emf sensitivities. No chemicals or artificial fertilisers have been used on the property. It has well established surrounds and a lot of thought had gone into the fencing for rotational grazing.
